An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. 33mw may charge an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month against the remaining balance of an inactive account, after providing notice to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.
11.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after satisfaction of any outstanding obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
